Week 1: Introduction to SoulCollage® & Intuitive Listening
Learn how SoulCollage works as an intuitive, subconscious process for self-exploration and healing. Through meditation and journaling, begin tuning into your inner wisdom and create your first SoulCollage card to reflect your current self-awareness.
Week 2: Exploring Inner Parts – The Committee Suit
Understand how inner voices, beliefs, and emotional patterns impact mental well-being. Create a card representing a key inner part and reflect on how it influences your self-talk, decision-making, and personal growth.
Week 3: Connecting with Animal Guides & Natural Energies – The Companions Suit
Explore the connection between animal totems, chakra energies, and intuition in the SoulCollage framework. Through meditation and visualization, meet an animal guide or energy that represents your current journey. Create a Companions Card and reflect on how these symbolic energies support your healing and self-trust.
Week 4: External Influences & Relationships – The Community Suit
Discover how the people, places, and communities that shape your life influence your intuition and sense of self. Create a Community Card representing a mentor, loved one, or symbolic support system. Explore how to balance external wisdom with your own inner knowing.
Week 5: Archetypal Wisdom & Higher Guidance – The Council Suit
Meet the archetypal forces, spirit guides, or universal energies that influence your soul’s journey. Create a Council Card that represents a deeper guiding force in your life. Reflect on how to continue using SoulCollage to strengthen intuition, self-compassion, and personal growth beyond the course.
Group Process
Healing in a supportive community can be a powerful and transformative experience. Being seen, heard, and understood by others who share similar goals creates a sense of connection that can be deeply healing in itself. Groups provide a space where you don’t have to navigate personal growth alone—you can witness and be witnessed, reflect and be reflected in a way that fosters insight and emotional growth.
To maintain a safe and meaningful group experience, I screen participants to ensure that each group is a good fit. What’s required is an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to engage in self-reflection alongside others who are also committed to personal growth and mental well-being. Group members must be able to hold space for themselves and others with acceptance and respect. These groups do not involve giving advice to others; instead, they offer a space for self-exploration, deep listening, and shared understanding without judgment or expectation. We practice a concept called Witnessing.
